## About this trip

This 4-day, 3-night trip covers three of the Kangra Valley's favourite stops: McLeodganj above Dharamshala, the Triund ridge in the Dhauladhar range, and the paragliding town of Bir.

You reach McLeodganj in the morning after an overnight journey, check in at the hotel and spend the afternoon on local sightseeing, ending with dinner by a bonfire. On Day 2 you set off on the Triund trek. Triund sits in the lap of the Dhauladhar mountains, with the peaks on one side and the Kangra Valley on the other, and you spend the night in camps at the top.

Day 3 starts with breakfast and the trek down, then the drive to Bir with stops at the Dharamshala HPCA stadium, a Palampur tea garden and Baijnath temple, and a bonfire evening at a homestay in Bir. On the last day you can paraglide from Billing down to Bir (about 15-30 minutes, paid separately) before the evening departure. Stays, three breakfasts and three dinners, transfers, sightseeing and permits are taken care of.
